Sponsor Partnership Agreement

Thank you for your commitment to strengthening our community through Hometown Living postcards, magazines, and Hometown Dream Team website business directories. This agreement outlines the partnership expectations, benefits, and ethical standards for participating local businesses.

1. Purpose of Partnership

Hometown Dream Team exists to promote and celebrate businesses that invest in our community and embody the values of the Hometown Dream Team. By becoming a sponsor, your business aligns with a network of trusted local organizations committed to community growth and connection.

2. Sponsor Benefits

As a Hometown Dream Team sponsor, your business will receive:

• Featured placement on designated postcard mailings

• Your digital Business Card placed on website with a link to your website

• Exposure to local households within the selected distribution area

• Recognition as a community-supporting business

• Use of the “Proud Supporter of Hometown Living” designation during active sponsorship term

Specific placement, size, and distribution details will be outlined in your selected sponsorship package.

3. Sponsor Responsibilities

By approving this agreement, the Sponsor agrees to:

• Provide accurate and approved business information, logos, and messaging by required deadlines

• Ensure all advertising claims are truthful and compliant with applicable laws

• Submit payment according to the agreed sponsorship tier and schedule

• Uphold the Hometown Dream Team Business Code of Ethics

• Represent the community in a professional and respectful manner

4. Code of Ethical Participation

Sponsors affirm that they:

• Conduct business with integrity and transparency

• Treat customers and employees fairly and respectfully

• Maintain proper licensing and insurance as required by law

• Avoid misleading advertising or harmful business practices

Hometown Dream Team reserves the right to decline or discontinue partnerships that conflict with these standards.

5. Term & Renewal

This agreement is valid for the selected campaign cycle or term as outlined in the sponsorship package. Renewal opportunities may be offered prior to the next distribution cycle.

6. Payment Terms

• Sponsorship fees are due upon signing unless otherwise specified.

• Production will not begin until payment is received.

• Fees are non-refundable once design approval has been granted and print production has commenced.

7. Design & Approval

• Sponsors are required to provide a digital business card.

• Hometown Dream Team may create your business card for an additional fee if requested.

• Hometown Dream Team may modify the size of your business card as needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Distribution timelines for postcards and online marketing are estimates and may vary due to printing or mailing conditions outside reasonable control.
